uncle's estate. Disposing of fifty years of household
accumulation was not an easy task, but you handled it with
professionalism and sensitivity. You made sure I was informed
along the way so that I always knew where you were in the process.
You were very understanding as I worked through the details with
the estate attorney and made sure all of the concerns were addressed.
Once hired, you cam in with your staff and very efficiently got
everything sorted and priced for the sale. During the three
days of the sale, I was delighted by the high attendance and felt
this was largely due to the loyal following that you and your sales
have developed. The sale was unbelievably successful.
Among the services you offer, I chose to include premises clean-up.
This turned out to be one of the most amazing parts of your work for
us. I had been overwhelmed by the sheer volume of possessions
and junk in my uncle's house, but your staff managed to completely
clean out the items that were not purchased. This would have
been a huge job for me to handle, taking so much time and effort.
It was wonderful to see my uncle's house completely empty so that I
could get it ready to sell.
I was impressed by all of your staff and especially Jared. He
very capably managed two days of the sale and stuck with the clean up
job, making sure it was done right.
Above all, you were such a pleasure to work with. I am
impressed by your knowledge, professionalism, sensitivity, and
willingness to make sure I was satisfied with your services. I
